Comment from Tenants Family on 2024-10-04 00:10:09: This Capitol Commons property has not been well taken care of in a number of years. HUD as overlooked it & proper inspection frm DCRA has not been done tenants are afraid to speak out or tired of not being heard the owners National Baptist Convention had done a horrible job of maintaining it. Taliafaro was managing it for yrs & have done a poor job as well. Neither has had anyone overseeing them. They need cameras outside & inside to curb the illegal activity here. Staff is not qualified they just gave them a little training & threw them in, As a result none of them do a good job communicating or solving the real issues which is maintenance & security also vetting who the allow in. This place seems like a boys town with very little women here but many men who look scary. The property itself is nice but the management is bad. HELP HELP HELP
