Comment from Diana M Senzel on 2019-10-30 12:41:41: Someone who has serious health problems can be exacerbated by the fear of bugs getting into medical devices at home. Seniors should be able to sleep at night without fearing being bitten by a insect. People of all ages should sleep without fear, but seniors are more vulnerable physically, health wise, emotionally. I hate that these Seniors are living in bug infested apartments and feel like no one cares, listens or fixes it. I am angry that management here is not doing there duty by their job description but more importantly morally and ethically. If u don't see your job as being their advocates and spokes person then u don't need the job. Jeanette is supposed to maintain a safe, clean, healthy living facility. I know she is not there to medically maintain them but it's not 2 much to ask that ur home is bug free if u keep a clean home. I bet Jeanette wouldn't stay with bed bugs in her bed at The facility, she would call exterminator 5 mins after finding bite. These seniors are being eatin alive, report to her and get a excuse. Myra seems to want to make positive changes but her hands are tied.
