Details: Elizabeth F. Canty Homes has 249 newly renovated, totally electric garden-style and townhome apartments. The units have balconies, central heat and air, and washer & dryer connections. Rent includes trash, pest control and water. There are floor plans that range from one to five bedrooms and all our units are cable ready. Also included is on-site management and maintenance staff to meet your needs. Davis Elementary, Marshall Middle and Carver High School are all located within 20 minutes from Elizabeth F. Canty Homes. There is even transportation provided to further your education for some classes! Elizabeth F. Canty Homes believe their residents are our greatest resource! Elizabeth F. Canty offers a Neighborhood Resident Council Organization, Boys & Girls Club facility, after-school program, Neighborhood Network Center and a kids cafe. There are 2 playgrounds, an outdoor basketball court, gazebos for your entertainment and a community center for meetings and recreational activities. There are 2 bus stops at the main entrance of Elizabeth Canty for public transportation. We are also on the bookmobile route. This community cares for their families with the Ross Program and FSS program that give residents a hand to achieve their goals in life. There are resources for education, employment opportunities and lifestyle education. There are also dance classes offered for our children, health fairs, and a huge block party for everyone! Elizabeth F. Canty is a part of the community and wants their families to enjoy being a part of that as well.
