Comment from Gina Pruett on 2015-03-26 03:36:46: To whomever can make improvements and who actually give a darn about people living in the Ralston Towers. I'm a tenant at Ralston Towers and have been living at Ralston for about 6 months and having a hugh problem with roaches in my Unit #1032. Other tenants in Unit# 910, are also having the same issue, but cannot get management to respond to the problem. The roach problem is so out of control that I have taken pictures of roaches in my refrigerator, crawling in my bed, crawling underneath my door from the outside hallway & even coming out my drain in the bath tub & kitchen sink. I have tried on many occasions to speak to management but was always directed to speak to the receptionist, Jamie. I have followed all the rules, since my stay at Ralston and I don't feel I should have to live like this. I can't sleep because I wake up to roaches crawling on by body and face, each and every day! I'm writing this comment because I need help in getting this roach issue resolved. I feel that all the staff at Ralson Towers should have to spend a night in my unit, and then maybe, they would show a little more care & concern about getting this roach issue under control!! The staff/management at Ralston Towers should be relieved of their duties and replaced with people who actually give a damn about the welfare of others and have pride about where they work! I don't think I'm asking for too much here! Come check out the units, take a look around the place.
