Pineview has been recently renovated to include new windows, siding, paint, flooring, and upgraded appliances. The rent at Pineview is subsidized with project-based vouchers and residents pay approximately 30% of their income towards rent. Small pets are allowed with prior permission from the Property Manager. The Pineview Community Center has a full kitchen, large meeting area and hosts after-school and other enrichment programs to benefit the lives of its residents.
