Comment from Margit on 2019-09-05 03:18:01: I live next door to Woodlake Manor III. My apartment's back door is less than 20 feet from Woodlake Manor III parking lot(behind the chain link fence). In the three years, I observed lots of criminal activity on that parking lot, mostly drug using, drug dealing, homeless people "camping", fighting. Police is constantly in that area, as it looks like, management doesn't really care, what's going on their property. I don't live on that property, but I and my elderly neighbors live in constant fear, because of all the criminal activities in Woodlake Manor III, not to mention their the constant noise.

Comment from Andrea on 2022-04-12 11:39:28: I live next door to Woodlake Manor III since 2016. My back door is about 15 feet from their parking lot, behind the chain link fence. The situation in that apartment complex is unberable now. Most of us, who don't even live there, have to put up with not just lots of noise, but criminal activities conducted right at the parking lot. I have called police several times due to drug dealing, homeless people visiting tenants living in that complex and fighting at night less than 15 feet from our door. Also, they use a walkway right behind our apartment complex to get to Haggens or Safeway and also they come there to smoke. But the most frightening thing is happening lately.A young couple moved there about two months ago with two huge PITBULLS. They let those PITBULLS walking on the parking lot and behind our building, less than ten feet from our doors, without leash. This couple also lets their dogs poop all over and never pick up their waste. We have elderly people living here and some of us has little dogs, whom we walk around our buildings, but these two pitbulls are now terrorizing not just our elderly residents, but also our little dogs. Something needs to be done, as some of the tenants in that apartment complex makes many of us lives miserable. I truly don't understand, why do the management(if they have any)allows these dangerous dogs and people moving into their units. My apartment manager tried to contact the manager for that apartment complex, but they don't even have one. HASCO allows all these criminals into their complexes and terrorize old people.
