Details: Jamestown is a 150-unit apartment community in a residential area within walking distance to a grocery store, convenience store, and a laundromat. The neighborhood is conveniently located on the Valley Metro bus route and close to a community swimming pool. Our community has a Resident Council where we encourage neighbors to join together and assist in improving the community. Apartments include a frost-free refrigerator, gas stove, and washer hookup. Heat, water, sewer, and garbage removal are provided as part of the rent. Each unit is provided with a utility allowance to assist with electric bills. Cable TV is available at your expense. Rent is base on 30% of your adjusted income with the option to pay the established flat rent for this site (whichever is the lesser amount).
