Details: Dossett Homes has 88 units with 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments available. Dossett has two 2-bedroom handicap-accessible units and three 3-bedroom handicap-accessible units. We furnish refrigerators, gas heat, gas stoves and built-in washers and dryers in all the apartments at Dossett Homes. Water and gas are furnished by the Housing Authority. We provide on-call 24-hour emergency maintenance. Dossett Homes has a large playground and play area. We have convered mailboxes at the end of the community center. The community center offers after school homework assistance and other after-school programs. We also offer year round age-appropriate activities for the children through our Resident Services Department, including participation in the Summer Lunch Program. The apartments are zoned for East Lincoln Elementary, East Middle School and Tullahoma High School.
