Details: Autumn Manor has 58 units that are designated for seniors and disabled residents only. There are six, handicap-accessible, one-bedroom units on the first floor. The apartments are all-electric and the water and electricity is furnished by the Housing Authority. We furnish the stove and refrigerator in every apartment. We provide 24-hour emergency maintenance. All Autumn Manor apartments are air-conditioned in addition to the common areas, such as the community room and hallways. There are two elevators for access to the upper floors in addition to the two staircases. Trash chutes are located on each floor for garbage disposal. There are laundry facilities in the building on the first floor and mailboxes are in the main lobby. There are Resident Organization sponsored activities and other activities that are provided through our Resident Services Department, in the community room on the first floor. Activities include church services, cards, singing, bingo, covered dish meals, health fairs and other activities as requested. The monthly calendar lists all of the activities that are scheduled for the month an we encourage resident participation.
