Details: Enjoy retirement in this independent living community nestled in the heart of Eagle, Colorado. Seniors on Broadway, low income rental apartments, are income and age restricted. All residents must be 62 years of age or older and income qualified. Seniors on Broadway is a non-smoking community consisting of 2 two bedroom and 12 one bedroom units. Located within walking distance of the downtown Eagle area, residents can become a part of a serene community surrounded by majestic views. ECO Transit bus service is available within three blocks to access communities east and west of Eagle. Medical facilities are in close proximity. Residents discover the pleasures of being in a friendly, active community and can choose to relax at home or take advantage of a variety of activities offered. The Senior Center, located in the center of the apartment campus, provides a focus on senior activities and social networking. Health and wellness programs are offered weekly as well as bingo, games, card playing, and reading groups. Lunches are served Tuesday and Thursday each week. Scheduled van service is offered twice a week for errands and grocery shopping. Scheduled outings may include shopping, lunches, community events, or sightseeing tours to experience our beautiful scenery.
