Details: Providence Joseph House is a beautiful HUD-subsidized apartment building in Seattle’s White Center neighborhood. We are pleased to provide adults with disabilities and older adults over the age of 62 with a safe and affordable home. Between the lush green spaces and nearby parks, the pedestrian-friendly design and the welcoming community, you are sure to feel right at home here. In addition to providing residents with a safe place to call home in a vibrant community, we also provide services coordination to help residents find and access local resources and services. Providence Joseph House overlooks the Lakewood Park. Our wonderful setting creates a peaceful and serene living atmosphere. Many residents tell us they enjoy sitting outside on their balconies and listening to the sounds of nature and youngsters playing in the park. Our four-story secure apartment building has elevator access. There are 54 one-bedroom unit and 10 two-bedroom units. In addition, six of the units are fully ADA accessible. We are a non-smoking community. Amenities include: Full kitchen; Dining area; Private bathroom with a tub or walk-in/roll-in shower; Open living space; On-site laundry; Mailbox delivery; Plenty of parking; Access to a community P-patch; Spaces for gathering and socializing with neighbors, including a community room, television lounge, library, outdoor terrace, raised garden beds and a computer lab with Internet access. Our on-site Service Coordinator can help residents identify and access local resources. Our staff can also advocate for residents who need assistance. One small pet is allowed with a pet deposit.
