Details: Wisteria View Manor is an 86-unit Section 8 apartment building located one block north of the intersection of Ranier and Jackson. We offer elevator service and ground-floor common areas which include coin operated laundry, meeting room with complete kitchen, and exercise room with two recumbent workout bikes and a big screen TV. There is a pea patch for tenant use located between the building and our adjacent park. We are located within walking distance of Seattle’s international district. There is a First Hill Street Car stop in front of our building and there are several bus stops for varying routes within one block. Our views of the city and surrounding landscape are also quite nice. Our units are 529 sq.ft 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments that are leased unfurnished, with the exception of a range and refrigerator. Water, sewer, garbage, recycling and compost services are included in the rent. All apartments have individual electrical meters and tenants are required to establish their own electrical utility account at move in. All units are wired for Cable TV and wired telephone service. These optional services, including internet service from either provider, are available but must be purchased from their respective providers. All units feature smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and two emergency-call pull switches located in the bedroom and bathroom. We also offer a limited number of wheelchair-accessible units.
