Comment from Fear of manager on 2020-02-10 18:47:40: With the previous management this was a beautiful, well attended to, in EVERY way, comfortable place to live. The ONE STAR REFLECTS what has happened since the new management came in: One tenant was moved into a unit without proper heating which was not repaired for over 2 months when the tenant got the courage to call HUD for advice as to what to do to get it repaired. The new management has stated many times the tenants are NOT to contact upper management about their issues there. A tenant was told by the new manager they were not to hold themself with, or speak with confidence while conversing with management. Some repairs are left looking half done. The grounds are unattended and overgrown. The management will target tenants who try to stand up for themselves, by breaking government laws and doing what she wants to make their lives miserable. She has caused several anxiety disorders, severe depression and crippling migraines to tenants with no remorse. As the tenants are not allowed to contact upper management, they live in fear the new management will make life harder while living there by doing so; so she is allowed to conduct her job as she does, with no recourse. 1
