It's like he gets some type of joy from it. The man enters our apartments and yell at us like some type of maniac we've reported this so many times and nothing has been done about his behavior towards us.

Comment from taya rogers on 2024-10-05 01:25:40: I have lived here for 12 years. One the oldest ex-tennats as of today of September the 15th 2022. I've love this apartment because I've had the apartment at the front by the office but one of the things that disappoint me about this apartment is that with my mental health it wasn't accommodated. I Have given the apartment manager a mental health letter stating that I cannot have disturbance and unwarranted noise around me. The neighbors I had grievance with has had write UPS against them and have left stains and grease stains in front of my door. And Has been told not to pick up trash and harmful items on the property but the apartment manager continues to be unconcerned. I'm moving to another location, I asked that I may sub lease my previous apartment,the apartment manager told me NO, and these apartments cannot be subleased. Morever to find out the sister of the neighbor that's above me says that her friend is moving in my old apartment without being on the waiting list. It seems like "It's favoritism in this situation or that the apartment manager is getting paid underneath the table." Therfore my grievance with bent tree apartment,is it did not accommodate my mental health, although I had a mental health letter from my doctor. So one thing that I asked that you do is look into the apartment manager and the process of how she moves new Tennant into bent tree. I don't think that the process is being truthful or honest. I thank you for your time and thank you for being concerned about my comments. Sincerely sorry for not being accommodated. Yours truly.

Comment from Shea on 2024-10-05 01:14:28: Maintenance and management is terrible, you report your issues nothing happens. Reported to higher management and still nothing. Maintenance man is a huge bully. He is an anger man. Has no respect for anyone thinking he can yell and scream at anyone.
