Comment from Heather on 2021-02-01 19:33:38: To whom it may concern, I go to the Rice Terrace location, in Branford, Ct 06405 quite often due to a family member residing there. I am comcerned about the condition that it is in. The inside it filthy. The floors have not been mopped in months. Fixtures hanging out of the ceiling. For the times we are living in (pandemic), it should be mopped nearly daily, smelling fresh and clean that way it creates a more comfortable environment for our elders. It show they are respected and cared for instead of a lack thereof. I am in the healthcare world and I know how frightening it may be but if it is frightening for the person of whoevers job it is to keep up with the cleanliness than maybe that job is not for them. I have called and left a message with the answering service and heard not one word back. Lets do better for our elders and take care of the properties that are owned. Lets show they are cared for. Lets show some POSITIVE and EFFECTIVE WORK ETHIC.
