Comment from Adolph Smith on 2021-05-18 14:18:39: I have been a tenant at Bella vista going on 5 years. it is a beautiful place from the outside and could be on the inside as well if not for dog feces in the hallways and carpet areas. i was told that Bella Vista management does not go into your apt, without you knowing it. DO NOT BELIEVE IT! i caught a worker coming out of my apt. and reported it... nothing was done. guy still works here. probably still going into other tenants apt. also. i was missing paper towels and toilet paper. my neighbor also said the same guy was coming out of her apt. took a beer. i was trying to move out by April but finances and health will delay my move until the fall...hopefully. they have their own security force (mostly pleasant guards except for a couple) here which means they handle most security matters. all in all it is a decent place to live but a word of warning! Do your research. there are much cleaner places with less noise and intrusion into your life. i am retired and was ready to make Bella Vista my home for the remainder of my life. i doubt if this review makes it on the board but im going to post it anyway. There seems to be a message stating..."There are no comments at this time" for a place as large as Bella Vista i find it strange that there are no reviews.
