Details: Located on Eau Claire’s southwestern side and close to shopping centers, Ruth Gullerud Villa consists of 12 one- and two-bedroom apartments including kitchen, living room/dining room combination, and bathroom – four with roll-in showers. This building also includes a community room with kitchen facilities, extra storage, a laundry room and a service coordinator available for residents. Morgan Falls Development Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Impact Seven, Inc., opened this building in 2001. Designated for the physically disabled, income-eligible residents pay electricity, and rent is based on 30% of their adjusted income. Heat, water, sewer and trash removal are paid for by the owner.
