Comment from better off. on 2013-04-26 16:21:41: Well my stay at hidden valley estates was wonderful at first. I was a quiet an keep to your self kinda person with kids. Well the security was great there. But a couple of the security guys there were very rude I had one of them come to me very late like 2 am an said I have a report of your kids looking in vehicles I was shocked because he did not know they were at a babysitters house so I was very angry but just said to him oh ok havd a good night. And there was a few other things my kids got blamed for even when they weren't there they were visiting there dad but it didn't matter once someone wants you out they can go to the office and make up anything on a tenet and it just takes 3 times and your gone. Very sad I guess I could have tried to fight it but why when your treated like crap I even had a witness that knows they didn't do it they said they seen other kids do it but it didn't matter. You know they have a waiting list and when someome moves out a new comes in just saying maybe they well somebodys wanting you out because they have a friend or family wanting them to move in by them I'm just saying ..well if you want drama in your life or have stuff stolen from friends you think you've made there then this is a place for you..and also you don't need Prof to tell on another tenet you can make up anything about someone there and that's a automatic violation and 3 of them your out. Because I asked the lady there in the office so I can make up anything about a person living there and they'll get a violation she said yup.that's crazy well thanks hidden valley for your support and caring ....I'm in a good place now no more drama

There is garbage everywhere along the tree lines, particularly in the back of the neighborhood where they think no one important will see it. Management refuses to do the most basic repairs, even when it puts resident health at risk. There is BLACK MOLD growing on the ceilings, it is infested with mice, broken appliances , and there is something living in the walls. Disgusting doesn't even begin to cover it. The residents here NEED HELP.
