Comment from Thomas Wilkins on 2024-10-03 17:24:35: Fox hill apartments office staff are horrible in the last 2 years we have had 5 property managers and who knows how many maintenance men and other staff they either get fired or quit. Rent go up every year but I have never had a work order competed you might as well assume that a work order is not going to get done, people have complained about mold in their apartments and I knew 2 women just in my complex that had to wait 2 summers to get their air conditioning fixed. We were without any staff in the office at all for 2 months because of people getting fired or quitting and now they want to try to get hud to approve another Rent increase up to 1,400 a month for a one bedroom apartments that have not been updated since the 1980s. Two years we had problems with gunshots and police were out here quite often the swimming pool hasn't been in operation for 10 years atlases and hud rarely comes to inspect apartments nor do they spray for bugs on a regular basis if i had a better choice i would move but i am on a very limited income. If you can find another low income apartments i would not recommend moving here.
