Comment from DeAngelo B. Scott on 2014-12-15 21:09:31: We currently reside/live in the Parkchester Housing Coop. We totally concurr with what Miss Angel Grice has stated, and expressed. The property has the worst management we have ever seen. They have recently slandered my husband name, and the method they use is an official document used by the Management office, to bully, and intimidate the residents of the New Parkchester Housing Cooperative, Inc. The management office from our experience in dealing with them, is totally unprofessional, we feel they lack ethics. When we ave requested important information, we have been met with unreasonable attitude. The important information we request is constantly wrong or inacurate. Statements we receive inacurate. These people display very arrogant attitudes, when dealing with us. They use scare tatics such as eviction notices, to try and intimidate us. They have the power to change people lives, and as far as we are concern,they abuse the power they have. These people do not like us and do not have our best interest at hand, and we feel every chance, they get, they persecute us. We are not afraid of the New Parkchester Housing Cooperatives Management Office, or it's parent Management Company. We are not afraid of the persecution, We will not allow them to intimidate us, with their tatics or be bullied by them.

Comment from not safe on 2015-09-11 03:56:20: I live here now and like the people have said it's the worst management ever...and they are quick to threat with eviction and try to intimidate you. It's not safe at all. I can't even take my kids out to play because it just seems no one cares about safety. The office manager seems to be more involved in the arrogant people here then her job. Most not all people in parkchester have bad ways,hang out all night and more. Every night it's loud and something going on. I want to move so bad. This is not a good or at least decent place for your family to live. With management being not helpful or anything I just don't know what to do. I wish someone who can help make change. It needs to be put out there that this is not a good place nor good management.
