Comment from happydc on 2012-11-12 21:11:47: Congress park is almost impossible to get in if you know what i know don't even waste your time I've been waiting on housing for 4 years and still no call or a letter. Now you can't call and check on your status because their just say oh we'll mail you a letter in most cases your never received. Too much stress
