Details: Central Park Apartments is a senior community amidst a park-like setting on the banks of Mosquito Creek in Downtown Niles. One-bedroom and two-bedroom suites are each equipped with mini blinds, a range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and smoke alarm. Bathrooms feature updated sinks, vanities, and medicine cabinets with light bars. Bathtubs have showers and are equipped with safety bars. Just a few of the residential features include a Community Room for a person to play cards, socialize, bingo, and work puzzles. Holiday dinners are attended by all residents to add to the “family feel” of the building. Controlled entrances, 24-hour emergency maintenance service, on-site laundry facilities, patio and screen-in gazebo, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a community garden add to residents’ enjoyment.
