Details: Located on Brookfield Avenue in Masury, Valley West is conveniently located within minutes of Brookfield and downtown Sharon PA grocery stores, banks, and medical facilities. There are 50 apartments (44 single bedroom and 6 two bedroom units) in this 3 story building designed for elderly and persons with disabilities. Applicants age 50-61 may also apply, however, preference will be given to elderly and disabled applicants unless the waiting list is not large enough to support full occupancy. Rent is based on income. All utilities are included. Each apartment is furnished with appliances and an air conditioner. All units are accessible by elevators. This property has a laundry facility on site and an indoor mailing facility, and an electronic door access system. There is ample parking on each of the 3 levels of the property as well as a gazebo behind the building. An additional pet deposit of $300.00 is required for any household wishing to have a pet, certain restrictions apply. Residents may qualify for participation in the FSS program.
