Comment from Anna on 2019-05-23 13:16:17: I am presently living in a HUD apartment complex in Oregon. My family is moving to the Norfolk area in June. could I please get on a waiting list for either an elderly apartment of one for the disabled since I am an amputee. I will need to find a place by June15th or July 1st. Thank you for any help you can give.
