Details: Capital Court is a 50 unit facility located at 785 Regina Lane NW in beautiful Corydon, Indiana. Capital Court is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired, located in Corydon, the original capital of Indiana. Located near the community are a variety of shops, banks, a post office, grocery stores and medical facilities. Our residents also have access to Meals-On-Wheels and visiting home health aide services. Blue River Services will take seniors to the hospital or doctors’ offices for a reduced fee, while the local senior shuttle bus makes trips to the bank, grocery store, and Wal-Mart. Our residents enjoy many social activities, including bingo, euchre, dominos, checkers, just to mention a few, which are held in the community room. Our local hospital and nursing homes also provide many monthly services to our residents at no charge.Our Service Coordinator assists residents in applying for entitlement programs and is able to identify other needs the resident may have and then works with local providers in the community to meet the resident’s needs. Our community actively participates in RHF’s Project H.A.N.D.S. program providing items for those in need. Our Service Coordinator assists residents in applying for entitlement programs on a state and federal level. Studio and One Bedroom Apartments Include: Safety Rails in Bathroom; Full Kitchen; Two Spacious Closets; Individually Controlled Heat and Air Conditioning; Utilities (except electric, phone & cable); Carpeting; Window Treatments. Building Amenities Include: On-Site Laundry Room; Individual Indoor Mailboxes; Entry Access System; Elevators; Community Room; Ample Parking; On-Site Management Staff; On-Site Maintenance Staff; Service Coordinator.
