Comment from Mrs. JS on 2016-03-24 02:14:49: This USED to be a nice place to live. Monarch Properties now manages this complex and since they have taken over management, they have gotten rid of the professional security company who patrolled the property at night. As of January 1, 2016, three cars have been stolen. All these cars were parked in the gated parking lot which costs an extra $15 a month to park. They refuse to change the code to the remote openers. Also because there is no longer any security, homeless/drunks have been found wondering the halls, passed out in the entrance and are harassing us residents. It has gotten so bad at night that I have been forced to have my dog potty on puppy pads at night as I fear being attacked taking her potty after dark. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!
