Details: A 54 unit complex located off Isleta Blvd at 2210 Centro Familiar SW in the Southwest Valley. Families wishing to live at the El Centro Senior Housing Complex must be 55 years of age or disabled, however, preferences will be given to elderly applicants (62 years of age or older). El Centro Familiar Senior Housing Complex is a gated community with all 54 units being equipped with fire and medical alarms. The complex has 38 one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom units with a central community building that contains mail boxes, a game room and laundry facilities. This building can also be used as a meeting place and has a small kitchen great for party preparation. The property has been landscaped and there is an on-site Maintenance Technician who takes care of the apartments and grounds maintaining a high standard of quality care. The rental on all 54 units is income-based, (i.e. family pays 30% of their adjusted income, for rent and utilities) and there is adjacent parking for all units. The complex is located next to the Armijo Senior Meal Site and First Choice Medical Complex and within one block of the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Sub-Station. The SunTran system has a bus running north/south on Isleta Blvd, making the site accessible to downtown and all other bus connections. SunVan services are also available by appointment.

How do I get on the waiting list at El Centro Senior housing? Do I need to go in person? Who do I need to contact? What information do you need? I am a senior citizen. I want to get on the waiting list. I understand that it is a long list. I don't care. I want to get on the waiting list Please advise me. Thank you.
