Comment from Pine Ridge Resident on 2017-07-04 13:21:14: The description needs updating. There is no playground anymore and there is not wall-to-wall carpeting in all apartments. The feature picture of rather nice looking apartments on the banner is NOT Pine Ridge Apts. This place was built in the 70's and looks like it was. It is not all landscaped like it used to be either. The replacement windows are so thin, my utility bill almost tripled. Walls are paper thin and anyone walking upstairs sounds like a herd of elephants. The best thing about this apartment complex is where it's located, however, the hills on either side are near impossible to traverse when it snows/ices.
