Details: Our beautiful community is located in Knoxville, Tennessee and offers independent living for residents over 62 years old as well as mobility impaired adults over 18 years old. We have 204 self-contained one-bedroom and 11 self-contained two-bedroom apartments, with living/dining room, complete kitchen and bath. Select units are equipped for residents with disabilities. Residents enjoy a full schedule of activities in a beautiful community room and also have access to county transportation. We have also received the Community of Quality award given by NAHMA. Apartment Features: New vinyl plank flooring throughout; Fully renovated kitchen including stove, refrigerator, and large pantry; Individual heating and air conditioning; Water, electric, sewer and trash removal services are included in rent; Handicap accessible features; Storage space; Medical alert pendants with monitoring. Community Features: Elevator; Beautiful lobby with fireplace; Landscaped grounds with outdoor seating, butterfly garden and fish pond; Beautiful seating area on each floor; Laundry room; Large community room with activities, games and large kitchen; Computer area with Wi-Fi; Library; Smoke free community with designated outdoor smoking; Pet friendly (deposit required); New park with gazebo and skywalk
