Details: Casa Santa Marta features 78 apartment homes designed for individuals 62 years of age or older or those who have a mobility impairment disability. Each apartment features individually-controlled air conditioning and heat, all electric kitchen appliances, ceramic tile baths, private balconies and ample parking. Each apartment has a built-in smoke detector and fire sprinkler system. The bedroom and bathroom have an emergency pull cord that will alert someone in case of an emergency. The bathrooms are equipped with grab bars. There are recreational areas for activities such as cards, bingo, parties and social events. A clothes care center is on-site and has very reasonable rates. Assistance is offered in locating area social services available and, although we do not provide transportation, we are conveniently located on the city bus line. Live in style and comfort at Casa Santa Marta, where communities are built, apartments become home and residents are like family.
