Comment from Maria S. McCarty on 2014-12-15 20:00:43: Been with Whispering Hills Apartments since October of 2010. I was placed in a unit for its location to the office and laundry matt due to my disabilities. My mobility and vision is poor. I would like to be able once I get to the laundry matt to have enough working machines. It used to be no problem. But at this time washers along with the dryers are not being fixed in a timely manner after calling the company at the time machines breakdown. It has been making laundry a more difficult task to complete when I have to leave property to do laundry. It is a small laundry room for a large complex that does not allow washer and dryer hook ups in the apartments themselves. The laundry room closes at 8 pm. It would be nice to have it stayed open until 9pm or even 10pm. Even when the machines are working it doesn't seem to be an efficient number of machines to the number of residents and time allowed to adequately complete the task. I and my son are both disable and it is not as easy to find an alternant option to our scheduled routine. It would be nice to have on the property matainence for the after hours emergency calls. Just a couple of things to start with that would make things a little brighter and less stressful for the residents at Whispering Hills Apartments, Dunedin Fl.
