Our building is under a program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (Section 202/8). We offer Equal Housing opportunities for seniors 62 years of age and older. We are professionally managed and operate within the guidelines of the US Department of Housing. For subsidized units, rents are based on 30% of the applicant’s annual income. Current market rent rates for efficiencies are: $654 and $754; one bedroom market rent prices are: $989 and $1191. Our office and maintenance staff is fully trained and skilled in their duties. Our principal goal is to give the best service with high quality and the best customer service. The tenant’s comfort is our main priority. Four Freedoms House has a privileged location, the most beautiful beach is just across the street; we are in the best area of Miami Beach, close to everything and we are not in the most crowded area. Our tenants have access to all attractions, the bus stop is in front of the building and you can go everywhere within minutes; the pharmacy, restaurants, stores are at walking distance from our building. Just take a bus without charge with your golden passport, and you could go to a wonderful theatre, museum, Convention Center, visit South Beach Art Deco, Lincoln Road boulevards and designers stores. We are in the center of entertainment of South Florida. If you are looking for safe, affordable housing and exciting, culturally-diverse area, Four Freedoms house is the place for you. Experience the comfort of the staff and accommodations. Within the building you will meet a very diverse population from all nationalities and faiths. We have 156 studios, 22 one-bedrooms and 1 two-bedrooms subsidized units and 28 studios, 2 one-bedroom and 1 two-bedrooms market rent units. Four Freedoms House features a recreation room, computer room, laundry room in each floor and a beauty salon as well as a 24-hours front desk attendant and security guard. At Four Freedoms House of Miami Beach we make living comfortable and affordable. Our studios are 358 and 375 sq ft and our one-bedrooms are 602 sq ft. Each unit has individual thermostatically-controlled heating and AC system for tenant’s comfort. At Four Freedoms house of Miami Beach, the needs of our residents always come first. Our recreation room on the 15th floor serves as a conference room and it is where we hold our social and cultural activities, there is always a reason to celebrate. Our Computer center is open for all residents, includes English and computer classes by accredited instructors. We have a full time Social Worker who helps our tenants with their needs with health companies, Social Security benefits, family support, education, employment, homemaker, lease education, transportation, and meals. Also, our SC coordinates events with donations from our community partners. We celebrate each holiday season with our tenants; there is always good music, food, entertainers and fun. Four Freedoms House of Miami Beach goal is to maintain a complete and occupied apartment community of first quality, to be sure that each resident has the safety and security living in their home with dignity. The building is fully protected by a sprinkler system and is fire resistant. A sophisticated smoke and fire detection system was installed with the safety of the tenants in mind. The whole building is protected with the recent impact windows and balcony doors installation. Our Building is clean and safe, the staff is friendly and helpful.
