Comment from Caitlin Rainn on 2020-02-10 18:47:58: My last day is March 31, 2020 and it's not soon enough! One Year Lease! This is literally the WORST complex I have EVER Lived at. They claim to have 24 hour maintenance, however when you call them it just goes to voice mail, and no one comes to fix the issue. My fridge has been broken (it is pumping out HOT AIR inside of the fridge and the freezer!) For almost a month now, and there has been NO update from the office on if or when it will be fixed or replaced. I am constantly charged for random things, NOTHING IS INCLUDED in the rent at all. This place is 100% NOT WORTH the price they are wanting. They draw you in with the "$730" rent but do not advertise that they also charge you for "Administrative Fee". "Trash Fee", "Water Fee", "Water Base Charges", "Sewer", then there is the "Risk Mitigation Fee" and the "LeaseLock Zero Deposit Charge" fee, ontop of rent and what ever other charge they just so happen to decide to put onto your account (Which they do OFTEN). On top of the horrible maintenance, and the horrible office service... The roads and parking lot are completely destroyed and have the deepest potholes I have ever seen in my entire life. If you manage to avoid the potholes, your car is still constantly going to be getting hit when you are parked over night, because the lines in the parking lot are NON EXISTENT. They have limited car ports available, however that is another charge, of $20 per car. No one picks up their dog's poop, and none of the staff go around to clean up the mounds of dog poop around the front, sides, and behind the buildings. Not once have I seen them salt the roads, in anticipation for the Ice weather we had, and it takes them over 24 hours to plow the snow. They also charge you to use the pool, which is never cleaned and is always so overly saturated with chlorine that you can hardly breath when your in the water. The water is also always very thick because of the over use of the chlorine. They charge $20 per person for! The Tennis Courts are dilapidated and over grown with vines and they don't even have the the tennis nets in the court to be able to play! The ground of the courts are also falling apart. All of the Utilities (Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove) are extremely outdated (are they from the 90's?!) and often times don't work properly or leak. Online Rent Payment sometimes doesn't work properly and they basically tell you "To Bad" when you call and ask them to adjust or fix the issues. This place is NOT worth the price tag, AT ALL.
