Details: La Egida del Policía es un proyecto de vivienda para Personas de Edad Avanzada con escasos recursos económico. La misma es subsidiada con fondos federales a través de sección 8 y sección 42. Nuestro proyecto cuenta con 99 apartamentos, (98 de sección 8 y 1 de renta mercado)  los mismos están equipados con nevera, estufa, calentador de agua, sistema de “nurse call”, detector de humo, abanico de techo, screens, entre otras cosas. Mensualmente se realiza el proceso de fumigación el cual es requisito para todos los residentes. También, contamos con una Asociación de Residentes, la cual trabaja en conjunto al personal administrativo para velar por el buen uso y mantenimiento de nuestro proyecto. La renta se calcula a base de los ingresos brutos vs los gastos médicos y la renta mensual incluye agua.

Right now I am homeless living in a family Apt. I been treated badly. Just because people does not understand seniors actions ..Please is anyone can help find a a place to live in an Apt .. in Puerto Rico ..please help me ..
