We offer transportation services for residents on Thursdays and Fridays to main shopping centers and exercising facilities. Cardio workshops courtesy of the Department of Recreation and Sports of the Municipality of Bayamón are provided. Tai-Chi clinics are offered by residents on Mondays. Social worker conferences, laundry facilities, 24 hour security, controlled access and a community hall for activities are available for our residents. All our units provide a fridge, stove and water heater.

I am 53 years old and want to know if you have anything available at this time. I do not any other resident. I live In the Bayamon area in my daughter’s home and she does not habe space. Comment from Mindy on 2021-05-18 14:18:33: Tuve oportunidad de visitar a alguien en Casa linda del sur, proyecto que se supone sea para para gente de bajos ingresos de la isla y parecía que estaba en NY un “melting pot” con gente de otros países mientras nuestros viejitos y gente necesitada viven en pésimas condiciones, en hogares donde son una carga y maltratados. Se le da preferencia a gente de otros países que una vez cruzan el charco son los peores enemigos que tienen los Puertorriqueños y que no agradecen nada, sólo le sacan el vivir a la isla y luego despotrican contra nuestra gente en las redes. A ver si ponen los nuestros primero y luego el que llega para demostrar su capacidad para dirigir un proyecto que se supone sea para el beneficio de nuestras personas necesitadas. Ni racismo ni odio contra nadie, es una realidad.
