Comment from Concerned on 2017-08-08 12:46:37: The management at this building is abusive towards the disabled and the elderly. They are rude, unprofessional and their maintenance and housekeeping staff steal from resident's units with no consequences. There is rampant drug use by staff and residents and this building is infested with bed bugs. They have had a rat infestation since the beginning of this year and they do not care. There are shady characters roaming the halls at all hours of the night buying drugs from the residents who live there. You also get the hookers from Colfax coming into the building pedalling their services. All in all, your elderly loved ones are not safe from staff or other residents. The manager herself is a drug dealer and every maintenance man on staff reaks of weed when they go into your apartment to "fix" something. If you want to see the epitome of Ghetto and you want to be mistreated and evicted merely because the manager doesn't like you, rent there. I wouldn't advise it. There is an entire committee of residents dedicated to getting the manager and staff fired because of cruel and baseless injustices. They are on Facebook under "Juanita Nolasco Advisory Committee".
