Details: Guadalupe Senior Apartments is a 36 unit affordable, older adult (62+) community with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired (available to those over the age of 18). Located in North Denver, in the Highlands Square area, which is a charming neighborhood of quaint boutiques and restaurants, situated among bungalow-style houses. The neighborhood is filled with small family-owned restaurants specializing in regional cuisines. We are in a quiet residential neighborhood, 1 block from an RTD bus stop, which runs downtown, connecting you to other bus routes and the light rail lines. Guadalupe Apartments is also close to Churches and Medical Facilities. Our community is conveniently close to the downtown area, Coors Field, Ocean Journey, LoDo, and all the Platte Valley attractions. You can take advantage of three large parks: Sloan’s Lake, Rocky Mountain Lake, and Berkeley Park. A Social Service Coordinator is available for residents’ personal needs. One Bedroom Apartments Include: Safety Rails in Bathroom; Full Kitchen; Fire & Smoke Detectors; Emergency Call System; Heating & Air Conditioning. There is a limit of one animal (cat or dog)per apartment and there are certain size and breed restrictions. The pet deposit is the same amount as the security deposit with a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $300. We can make payment arrangements for this deposit. Beginning with $50 and then a monthly payment of $10 until the deposit is paid in full.
