Comment from Poorly kept I’m on 2020-10-07 17:47:23: This building was purchased by PK management Who intern did some renovation work. Unfortunately the renovations that were done were cheap products. Most cabinetry etc. is falling apart the roof continues to leak. It has been said that there is mold in the walls? My concern is during the Covid now that we are in the midst of it there has been absolutely no maintenance/housekeeping during this period of time. Residents are expected to continue living Under these conditions and it’s a shame. Management has been contacted several times in regards to several issues however nothing ever seems to be follow through with. I thought this being in the city and County of Denver and being run as a business they should be adhering to the cove it 19 rules and regulations. Unfortunately nothing is being done.
