Comment from Samuel Ralph Allen on 2021-05-18 14:07:05: In 2015, the Archdiocese of Denver bought the property, and then they brought in vicious women to act as managers, but for whom have power and control issues. The first was Jolene Walkowiak who manufactured a new set of major oppressive "House Rules" that reflected her sociopathic character. She was eventually fired, and then came Celina Medina, a lesbian atheist with criminal predisposition. Two years ago, she hired two deranged delicts without experience, training, who are morally bankrupt without a hint of social responsibility to act as unlicensed "security officers" (i.e. Celina's goons) to "monitor the residents" in direct violation of tenant peace and privacy rights. One sicko, Daniel Young, violently attacked me for criticizing him on stalking the residents via the security cameras for up to twelve hours a day seven days a week. Both unlicensed "security guards" have received deluxe one-bedroom apartments (no delay on waiting list) with views, reduced rent, a salary, full access to the entire building including individual apartments. The reason these moral derelicts were selected is that they are common street criminals who'll break the law anytime management orders them to do so. They are neither accountable nor socially conscious. The manager is this mega-obese tyrant who rarely leaves her office. IF YOU WANT TO GIVE UP YOUR PEACE, PRIVACY, AND SECURITY - THEN COME AND RENT HERE.
