Comment from Ann Massucci on 2015-08-05 02:02:33: I rented an apartment at another Kier Management property in Colorado. Poor property mgr. A very few self appointed tenants felt they ran the place. Old common area furnishings. Alot of theft...even xmas decorations on my door. Alcoholic tenants never given lease violations for being drunk out in areas where it disturbed tenants. Alot of pain pill abuse. Police there almost daily. No control by mgmnt. Employee of mgmnt company was stalking and tormenting innocent tenants. The worst place I ever lived. Kier Mgmnt Corp did not care. Did norhing to stop all the problems. Moved out a month and a half ago and now they wont return my sec dep. Horrible company unless your Mormon.
