Details: Glenridge Cooperative Apartments is a Limited Equity housing Cooperative that consists of 275 units that has 209 units encumbered under a HUD Section 8 rental assistance payment program, built in 1968. The tenancy of the project is targeted to low-to moderate income family households. The Cooperative is located on scattered sites in an area, roughly bound by Bosworth Street, Diamond Heights Boulevard, Everson Street and Bemis Street in the Glen Park /Diamond Heights area of San Francisco, California. The property’s main street is Addison and the apartment units on the property are contained within several two or three story, wood framed buildings. Public transportation is within walking distance and a variety of businesses and services are located nearby. The units include average apartment finishes of painted drywall, carpet and vinyl flooring, laminated counters and wood cabinets. All units are equipped with gas stove with ovens, exhaust hoods, garbage disposals, refrigerators in kitchens and all have patios or balconies. All two to four-bedroom units have separate gas-fired hot water heaters and washer/dryer hook-ups in the unit. The one-bedroom units features gas fired water heaters serving the building and coin-operated laundry equipment located in the garage. Parking for the residents is provided by attached or detached one-car garages, plus additional street parking.
