Boulder Creek has two playgrounds, basket ball courts, on-site laundry facilities, accessible by public transportation, and a center utilized by Positive Youth Reinforcement and the Girl Scouts of America.

Comment from A Resident on 2020-01-08 12:42:38: i do not recommend anyone moving to this place it is the nastiest and most unsafe place for children. there has been shootings and murders placed out there in those apartments. not only that as we speak the whole back buildings has been without water for for days and all those people are having their whole living room floor broken apart and the floors are concrete might i add. people have went to the office about the flooding and all patricia has to say about it is i cant do anything about it and they will not give those residents another unit to live in. there has been multiple complaints on mold broken water heaters flooding through the floors messing up furniture that will not be replaced. its crazy. we have been going over to the next building to get water on the side where you plug up water hoses to get water to flush the toilet wash the dishes and even bath. i dont think its fair to be treated this way all the while having to pay rent here and everything.i will be sending pictures and reports to dhec this place corporate office and the better business burea. its very sad i just dont know what to do. im a current resident going through this right now.
