Visiting Nurse Association of Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties Adult Day Program: The on-site VNA Adult Day Program is offered for residents and community seniors in need of daytime oversight. Adult Day is a place for seniors with physical or mental limitations to spend the day in a supervised setting away from home. Adult Day offers daily structured programs with social and recreational activities, a hot lunch and health related and rehabilitation services in a stimulating, carefully supervised environment that is structured to meet the unique needs of older adults.
