Details: 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in the beautifully and meticulously restored Golden Rule building located in Belington, WV. The building originally housed the Golden Rule department store and many of it’s historical features were preserved throughout the building. Many other features were upgraded including a brand new elevator, state of the art fire alarm system, and newly installed security cameras. This property is wheelchair accessible with a new deck at the entrance that includes a ramp and apartments that meet ADA requirements. The first floor will be commercial space while the 2nd and 3rd floors feature brand new apartments with all new appliances, including washers and dryers. Rent is income-based through HUD’s Project Based Voucher program. Tenants pay for electric service while water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent price.
