Details: Franklin Carriage House offers private studio apartments with supportive services from a dedicated caring staff that respects your independence and dignity. We provide residents with three home-cooked meals a day, as well as evening snacks. Additional services provided by Franklin Carriage House staff include room cleaning and laundry services as part of Franklin Carriage House's affordable housing package. Residents have the privacy of their own apartments with the security of not being alone. Beautiful common areas offer opportunities for organized activities, as well as informal companionship and gatherings. Personal care services are provided by Franklin County Home Health and/or private care givers in the area. When someone moves to an apartment at the Franklin Carriage House they set it up with their own furniture and decorations and make it their own. Telephone and internet are available through The Franklin Telephone Company. DISH Television is available through Great Northern Satellite. All apartments offer living space built around large windows that receive either morning or afternoon sun, offering natural light in all seasons. East-facing apartments look out on the Carriage House's beautiful green spaces, stone walls and wooded areas, as well as areas for gardening and other outdoor activities. Apartments that face west look out onto the Carriage House apple trees, a large front lawn, walking path, and the peaceful village of Franklin. Apartments have kitchenettes, generous amounts of lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, large bathrooms with walk in roll in showers and plenty of grab bars. Service packages are available that include cleaning, meals, snacks and laundry. A central dining room offers residents opportunities to gather and socialize. Once a resident is all settled in and unpacked, they'll discover that they haven't just moved into a studio apartment. They've created a new home.
