Details: The historic Salisbury Square site was home to a storied chapter of Randolph history, with the Randolph Furniture Co. founded in the 1800’s by E. T. Salisbury, for whom the street is named, and later as the Ethan Allen Furniture Company’s Plant #1. The Salisbury Square site had been idle since 1991 when the Ethan Allen furniture company ceased operations. Now given new life, this building, along with two new adjacent buildings, will provide 14 affordable apartments. Rents will range from $550-605 for a 1 Bedroom, $645-715 for a 2 Bedroom, and $820 for a 3 Bedroom apartment. Heat and Hot Water will be included in the monthly rent. Income limits do apply. Amenities include: Walking distance to downtown Randolph and the Town Recreation Center with Recreation fields, Pool and Tennis Courts, Well designed floor plans and good sized rooms, Kitchens with breakfast bars, Washer/Dryer Hookups in most of the apartments, Common laundry facilities, On-Site parking (Salisbury St apts have private garages), Storage Closets in basement or garage area.
