Comment from Joeslow on 2016-01-30 03:35:26: a friend lives there..it rots,.the heat is on from Oct15 to april 15 with no thermostats or even shutoff valves in each apartment. It is set as high as it goes regardless if its 80F out.after a snow the place isn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t half shoveled a week later.Its a slum landlord you couldn\\\\'t pay any working people to live here,unsafe,noisy and filthy

I won\\\\\\\'t even go visit..The place is heel hole and the new owners disturb tenants thru either cutting the non existent grass every day or running a leaf blower for 6 or more hours a day. There are no thermostats so expect to sweat every day. the heat is set as high as possible from Oct 15 thru April. sometimes its on in May when its 85 outside. the gutters are clogged for the last 5 years creating mold. some units leak.even though its illegal.those who got out of prison live here.some apartments in violation have 10 people in it. 4 is the limit allowed.at night expect noise and fights during warm weather.one guy was stabbed 3 days ago. If you work do NOT sign a lease for here.It is Hell.
