A library, media center, crafts room, two community rooms, and a fitness center are available to the Legacy residents. Of course, elevators, indoor mail centers and an on-site management office are also found at the Legacy. We are located at North of Lonnie Abbott Blvd and North Country Club Rd. Just North of Staples. Legacy Senior Residences are affordable, serving those earning less than 60% of the area median income. Income and student restrictions apply, Housing choice vouchers accepted. FREE UTILITIES - Legacy Senior Residences homes use electric service. The resident is responsible for the cost of phone, cable and internet. Electric, water, sewer and trash are provided by Legacy. Elevators; Controlled access entry with intercom; Beautiful community rooms; Indoor mail delivery; Off-street parking and garages; On-Site manager and 24 hour emergency maintenance. Affordable ...
