The pet must be spayed/neutered and current on all vaccinations. Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 5 feet in length when the animal is outside the residence. There is a $200.00 deposit required in advance of the pet coming into the residence and the owner is responsible for removal of pet waste. The owner is also responsible for any bodily injury or property damage caused by their pet. Certified working animals are exempt from required deposit and height/weight restrictions.
