Details: Sennett Meadows Senior Apartments is owned by Sennett Senior Apartments LLC and professionally managed by Cornerstone Property Managers, LLC. Our community is operated under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), within Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designated to facilitate the housing needs of moderate to low income seniors age 55+. This program is designated to facilitate the housing needs of moderate to low income individuals and families. This program is not connected with Section 8 although applicants with Section 8 travel vouchers or certificates may apply for residency. All units are available to seniors age 55 or older. Six (6) units are accessible and Three (3) units are adapted for individuals with sensory impairments. All information on income provided by applicants must be verified before occupancy. This qualification and certification process must also be completed annually upon renewal. Water, sewer, trash, electricity, heat, and hot water are included in the rent. Community amenities include 24/7 laundry and fitness area, a community room available for tenant use, and a small media area with computer access. This property will also include off street parking, energy star appliances and fixtures, and apartment homes are located on a public bus line. Standard security deposits have been established and are equal to one tenant portion of rent.
